Dental Membership Plans

At Brookfield Dental, we offer membership plans tailored to your individual needs from £11.75 a month. We will provide you will full details of the benefits and monthly payments of your plan.

The benefits of the plan are provided on an annual basis and are available immediately after acceptance.

If you wish to cancel your plan, please call the practice. Cancellations within any 12 month period may result in additional charges for discounts given.
